Cell Culture Optimization

Scaleup optimization of the cell culture process requires far less sensitivity, but high precision is a must. The “gold standard” method is affinity HPLC, but the serial nature of this method has made throughput a major challenge. The AssayMAP cartridge again selectively binds the product MAb, which (after washing away impurities) is selectively eluted and accurately quantified using a UV plate reader. Precision is comparable to HPLC with 100 times the throughput, even using manual liquid handling.
