Cell Line Selection

Cell line selection requires highly sensitive quantitation of the product MAb using low sample volumes. ELISAs are most often used, but are imprecise, complex and time-consuming. The AssayMAP cartridge selectively binds the product MAb and a fluorescently-labeled antibody-binding reagent and then forms a “sandwich”.
