AssayMAP® Kits - no special instrumentation required
AssayMAP MAb Titer assay offers a means for measuring antibody titer in bioprocess samples. Using the same Protein A chemistry employed in conventional affinity HPLC assays, the AssayMAP Cartridges offer parallel sample processing in just minutes. What’s the advantage? 100-fold increase in throughput achieved using standard laboratory equipment and your current validated reagents. All you need is this kit, a microplate centrifuge, your current HPLC buffers, a micropipettor, plate reader, and the basic protocol. The same assay also can be fully automated on conventional robotic liquid handlers or the AssayMAP Workstation.
AssayMAP Workstation and Real Chromatography Solutions
Real ultra micro chromatography assays can be performed by combining the AssayMAP workstation with custom cartridges, 12 channels at a time in 5 µL cartridge bed volume.
