The AssayMAP platform is a new approach to separation-based biomolecule analysis, including chromatography, ELISA and enzymatic digestion. The heart of the system is the AssayMAP micro chromatography cartridge, based on a 5 µL packed bed that utilizes a wide range of beaded resins for different applications. The highly versatile cartridges can be operated as an ultra-micro spin column or run on liquid handling robots via a novel interface, allowing precise control of both volume and flow rate for parallel micro-chromatography. Because AssayMAP is an “open chemistry” system, existing protocols can be adapted to the platform without changing validated reagents. Applications are either currently available, being developed or are available through custom services for product concentration assays, process impurities, product variants and process design space. 
AssayMAP technology is delivered in the form of complete solutions for analytical challenges in the fields of bioprocess development, biopharmaceutical research, biomarkers and clinical trial sample analysis. Complete solutions encompass cartridges prepacked with the appropriate resins, specific reagents as needed, specialized automation hardware (if required) and “plug and play” protocols, including template automation scripts. AssayMAP solutions provide dramatic improvements in throughput, time to results, precision, sensitivity and efficiency.
