The AssayMAP® Cartridge
The heart of the AssayMAP system is the cartridge which features a 5 µL bed that can be packed with virtually any beaded resin to integrate with a variety of pplications. The highly versatile cartridges can be operated as an ultra-micro spin column or run on liquid handling robots via a novel interface, allowing precise control of both volume and flow rate for parallel micro-chromatography.

- 5 µL precision pre-packed bed in molded polypropylene housing
- Bi-directional flow
- Virtually any resin (20 – 100 µm diameter)
- Compatible with SBS/ANSI 96 well microplate standards
- Sample cup with 200 µL capacity
- Unique tapered inlet seal provides robot-compatible fluid connection for precise flow control
- Outlet similar to standard pipet tip for high precision aspiration and dispensing
- Cartridges can be stacked to enable microliter fluid transfer without sample loss
- Versatile cartridge design for use in spin format or positive displacement flow
- Special rack enables use with microplates in a centrifuge for with 1 – 96 cartridges
