The AssayMAP System supports virtually all separation-based biomolecule analysis assays, including chromatography, ELISA and enzymatic digestion. The simplest of these are the bind-and-elute assays, which utilize the AssayMAP Cartridges directly with standard laboratory pipetting equipment and spin column techniques. The more complex, multi-step sample preparation workflows utilize the entire system, including the probe syringe technology for bidirectional pipetting.
Complete solutions encompass cartridges prepacked with the appropriate resins, specific reagents as needed, specialized automation hardware (if required) and “plug and play” protocols, including template scripts for automation. AssayMAP solutions provide dramatic improvements in throughput, time to results, precision, sensitivity and efficiency.
